Fair Game?

(a) Been your friend for over 5 years,
(b) Actually kept in touch with you throughout those 5+ years, albeit sporadic,
(c) Written a variation of a joke you sent to him and it was written just for you, or

My answer is D.

Does that mean he sort of likes me?

My friend with the ex problem has been communicating with me via email for a while now, with a couple of phone calls here and there. Nothing spectacular happens in our conversations, but its neither boring nor am i in a rush to get off the phone with him when he does call.

We use to crush on each other way back when and only found out when we were with our respective girlfriend/boyfriend at the time while in uni.

I didnt think about any possibilities with him...but he is actually quite thoughtful towards me, even when he was with his ex. And now...he is writing jokes for me.

I told a work mate and she told me to actively be a distraction for him, so he doesnt have to think about the ex. But im not sure if i want to be there and hint along the way, because i dont know how i feel and quite frankly...i think i would just complicate things for him even more. He is confused now about the ex situation...another girl in the picture would just make his head spin further.

But she thinks its okay, and that its fair game...he is currently single...and she thinks by the sounds of things, that he is keen. So, therefore i should go and distract him!

And yet, what do i want? I think as a friend, he is great! I'm not sure about a bf. I'm still not sure if i want a bf right now.

*ugh*

You know, i'm not really sure if he is even interested in me...gee im so up myself...just jumping to conclusions!!!

I should really have kept this to myself...

On a higher note some female work mates have commented about how much they love my black tulip skirt and have told me that i have to strut down the hallway if i am walking in that direction, as they can see me when i go that way.
