I'm feeling awfully bizarre...i usually eat 5 meals in a day and it has always been regular. I eat breakfast at 8am, morning tea at about 10:30 or 11am. Lunch around 1:30pm...afternoon tea/snack at 3:30pm and dinner about 6:30pm or if i go to the gym i'd miss dinner and have a protein hit after the gym session.
Today, i had breakfast at 6:30am. I had a some toast at 9am...and then i was bad and had 6 Tim Tams and thats about it for the rest of the day. I haven't had dinner and i dont feel like it either.
I fried a fillet of salmon and some veges for dinner...but i dont feel like eating.
I dont even feel like drinking water, and i usually have 4 litres in a day...if im doing a lot of exercise, its in excess of 4 litres. Today, i barely had 1.5 litres...still another 500 mls to go.
Something is going on...i dont feel like doing much. I'll head off to the gym soon, maybe that will re-energise me and give me back my appetite. But for now...its gone MIA.
I wonder what is causing it...?
