Fun in the kitchen...

I found a way for me to enjoy the novelty of cooking, making it even more of a novelty.

Cranking up the music and dancing around while waiting for the water to boil!!!

I cant believe how much fun i was having boiling the spinach noodles last night...as i did each portion individually...i had to wait for the water to boil 4 times and reboil while cooking the noodles 4 times.

But dancing around to either One Marathon/Passes & Passports/Rip the Universe - all by Reverie Sound Revue, made the waiting so much fun.

I know if someone was looking in, they would think that i was a lunatic, but i dont give a shoot. And the windows were so cloudy, they would have had too much difficulty looking in.

I'm starting to take pride in the presentation of the food i cook too. It use to be so long as it looked clean on the plate, no nasty excess spills on the side, then it would be alright...its going into the stomach anyway!!! But now, i want to balance the veges with the protein (meat typically) with the carbs and make it look all pretty!!!

And yes, the plate must still be clean of excess spillage.

Just wait until the day i tell you im garnishing the meals!
