The run didnt happen last night.
And I was sooo psyched for it. I was buzzing in the morning. Loaded up with carbs for brekkie...by lunch i was raring to go.
But then i got an email from my friend who works at JP Morgan who is running the race too, and the email wasnt good news. They were proposing that the race be postponed, but they would update us at 3:30pm.
3:32pm and i checked the website.
The race has been postponed until Thursday 16 November, 2006. Due to the gusty wind and possibility of hail. It was decided with the Bureau and Centennial Park agreeing that it was not good condition for a run.
BUT look out the window today, and it is currently pouring down with rain.
I am no longer psyched. I am quite annoyed really. Very sleepy too.
If the rain stops, i might consider running...but i dont know...im also starting to get an itchy throat...the start of a cold/flu!
=P
On a higher note...
I watched ACA last night because it was after the news and there was something about "2 fat fellas" and how they decided to lose their beer guts after taking the test on realage.com.
So, i thought i would go on today and test it out.
The results have come in and im actually 17.1 today! 8.5 years younger than my birth age.
How cool is that?
I thought i would probably be about 24, maybe 23...you know, with all the exercise i do...I sooo did not expect to be 17.1 y/o.
Its pretty cool to be informed that you will be "really" 21y/o in three years time.
I wonder if this is why i feel as though i am not quite an adult yet? Because my "real" age isnt quite the same as my "birth" age?
hmm...
If you are bored, or if you ever wondered what your "real" age was...go to the website: www.realage.com and have a go. Its a free test and it may not be 100% accurate, but it gives you an indication at least.
So...lets see if the race will still be on this arvo and whether or not i will get psyched to run the race properly...
