Busy busy bumble bee

I haven't written in a while, but I guess it is much due to my hectic schedule and just not having the opportunity to sit and write.

Work is 5 days a week...nites are usually for the gym...friday nite is to either rest and sleep or catch up with friends and there is usually a saturday event that i need to attend and saturday nite thing to do...and sundays are really unpredicatable...in the mean time i need to make time to take my mother shopping (its routine).

Now, when i need time to myself to do something...i basically need to make a date with myself!
*sigh*

its a tiresome process...

i made a date with myself this saturday...the whole day is for me!
i will go to the museum as i have planned to for over 3 weeks now...and i will also go shopping through Glebe and Paddington Markets. I just hope that it doesn't rain!

my hectic lift thus far....
Saturday 17th May, i went to play Skirmish. It was one of the best experience in my life so far. I have a few battle wounds but they are bearable! I will definately go again...

best game for the day was the Sniper Field! ^_^

its good to lie on the hill, hiding behind a leaf and shooting at unsuspecting victims! *ROfL*
wonderful feeling! ^_^

best part was walking home in the rain...i caught the bus back to my house...

it was sprinkling...and the concrete was clean...i was carrying all my bags...and i stepped in puddles...and it was just fantastic!
*^_^*

i cant remember when i last walked through the rain without feeling uninhibited with the fear of getting my expensive shoes terribly wet, or my nice clothes dirty from the rain water...it was a serenely beautiful experience...i absolutely loved it.

To be walking home from the bus stop in the rain and to step in puddles and not care...its an uplifting experience that was long forgotten!

i found out that my grand/great aunt, (the youngest out of my grandfather's sisters) had passed away.
I went to her wake on Tuesday night. This sparked much conversation with my mother and i...pondering on how the funeral was arranged, people dying, people living, people caring or not...

She got cremated on Wednesday.

Matrix Reloaded on Sunday nite...it was soo busy...i purchased my tix online...and luckily my best friend and i decided to line up an hour early...by the time we got into the cinema...it took only 5 mins for the whole cinema to be packed out...and people in groups had to sit separately! My head was reeling from the amount of people that were there to watch the movie...and it turned out to be a plotless movie...what a shame...had high hopes for it!

My next week...i'll get back to u on this one!
